Large rectangular hatch |
 A long rectangular hatch allows the angler to store his rods inside the hull of the kayak for heavy surf launches. The hatch is 53cm x 18cm. This hatch also allows mcuh larger fish to be stored in the hull. There are two other rectangular hatches that can be installed onto the back deck. These cannot fit rods in but do serve as very large fish hatches. Their dimensions are 20cm x 30cm and 30cm x 40cm. |
